Our approach is person-centred, practical and trauma-informed. We work collaboratively with clients to understand what is happening, reduce distress, strengthen coping capacity, and support meaningful change.

Kris works with adults experiencing trauma, anxiety, grief and loss, self-esteem issues, relationship concerns, stress and life transitions.
Her approach is person-centred, pragmatic, trauma-informed, solution-focused, CBT-informed, mindfulness-informed and mind-body integrated.
Child, Adolescent and Family Counsellor
Daniela supports children and young people with emotional distress, anxiety, low mood, self-esteem difficulties, behavioural concerns, ADHD-related self-regulation challenges, anger, friendship issues and stress.
Urgent risk: Where a young person is experiencing self-harm thoughts, suicidal thoughts, or acute risk, parents/carers should seek urgent support through their GP, local mental health crisis service, emergency department, or Lifeline on 13 11 14. Counselling may form part of a broader support plan where clinically appropriate.
Appointments are available in person at Belmont and Byford, and by phone or online where suitable.
